Who says there's no fall color in Texas?
Well, unless you don't think anything in December can actually be considered as "fall."
This little tree by the pump house is my absolute fave. I think it's a Chinese Tallow, which most people consider a trash tree, and it is reputed to be fairly invasive as well. But oh, when it comes to fall color, it's really hard to beat.
Still, since it came with the property, and I had absolutely nothing to do with planting it here, well, I don't see any reason why I should have to feel guilty for loving it, do you?
