And, even though I already had a small set of basic colors, I just couldn't resist all this yumminess!
Soooooo, this weekend I pulled out these masks and stencils found on that recent foray to Waxahachie...
along with a napkin or two...
and some glass bead glitter gel...
and this is what I wound up with:

I haven't used them, have too much stuff already, but I like how they look. xox
I didn't really use mine for several years, but now that I took a little class and watched a bunch of tutorials, I'm starting to love them. The trick is to always use them on a gessoed surface, where they blend like butter with your bare finger, or can be made drippy and rolled a round if given a spritz of water. You can also use them to add color to all sorts of gels and mediums.
