Might want to click on my Mexican Chocolate Streusel Brownie recipe while you're at it. Bet they'd go great together! Later, if you want to change things up, you can click on that praline recipe (super easy to make in the microwave), then take any pralines that didn't turn out quite perfect, crumble them up fairly fine, and use them in the ice cream recipe, in place of the pineapple.

I have never had pineapple ice cream. That's sounds so good, especially in this Texas heat.
